$250/night ) and two night minimum. Children, yes! Pets, maybe. Smokers, no.

Check in after 3:00PM. Check out before 11:00AM

Once your reservations are finalized, you will be emailed directions, keys, and instructions. We will be available via cell phone during your stay to answer additional questions.

Non Refundable Deposit: Your reservation is set once we receive fifty (50) percent of the total accommodation charges. This deposit may not be returned if you later cancel your reservation (see rental application for details).

Damage Deposit: We require a $500 damage deposit be paid at least one week before your arrival. If you intend to bring pet(s), we require an additional $200 pet deposit. These deposits will be returned within 14 days following the end of your rental period if there is no damage. All deposits will be returned in full if you need to cancel your reservation.

The Balance: The balance (50%) along with Damage and Pet Deposits are due at least one week before your arrival.

Payment: We prefer payments by check but we accept PayPal payments, too.. We do not accept credit cards and please do not send cash.

Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided prior to and after the rental period only.
